Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) scooters put first
time riders at ease. By designing the ECV for a rider
with minimal experience, we make the scooter a
comfortable and pleasant experience.
Features:
The rear bumper is designed for
strength and protection. Rear bumper also allows you to
store the unit up on end resting on the rear bumper.
Limits storage space.
Controls for the ECV are easy
to understand and use. The dual controls let arthritic
riders use either hand to operate the scooter, switching
back and forth as needed. Use of delta tiller adds
additional safety to ride.
Front bumper extensions provide
a smooth contour for the front end, reducing the chance
of "catching" protruding objects.
The front suspension is
designed to keep both wheels on the ground. When one
wheel rolls over an object, the suspension pushes down
on the other wheel to maintain full steering control and
stability.
A special tie rod design allows
an incredibly small turning radius. Riders get maximum
maneuverability in tight situations.
The receptacle for the seat pin
is reinforced with a bronze collar.
Extra attention was given to
the tiller and armrest areas to handle the repeated
stress of larger riders getting on and off the scooters.
Front fender reinforcement
withstands the stress of fenders being used as a step
pad. The side-to-frame gap is as small as possible,
allowing the frame to back up the body in a side impact.
Solid tires are a standard
feature as well.
