all Drive Medical™ powered mobility vehicles. Peace of
Mind must be purchased with the unit at the time of
original sale and cannot be added on afterwards.
Drive Medical™ power mobility
products are designed to withstand the rigors of daily
use and include a comprehensive limited warranty to
ensure years of service.
Drive Medical™ offers a
lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser for
the frame on your Drive Medical™ scooter. Drive Medical™
powered mobility also includes a one (1) year limited
warranty for the drive train components (transaxle,
motor, and brake) and six (6) months warranty on the
battery. This warranty does not extend to purchasers of
used equipment.
The
Peace of Mind Warranty
Effective for one year from
date of purchase, Drive Medical™ will replace parts
under warranty and, if needed, repair the unit at no
additional charge, regardless of where you travel within
the continental United States.
Our 1-Year Comprehensive
Support Includes:
- Professional
troubleshooting by our factory-trained technicians
- Prompt on-site service
anywhere in the continental United States
- Replacement of parts under
warranty with genuine Drive Medical™ parts
* Damage resulting from
neglect, misuse, and failure to follow manufacturers'
instructions or normal wear and tear (tires,
fabric/upholstery, bearings, ABS plastic shrouds,
footrests, fuses, bulbs, bumpers, aesthetics, etc.)
are excluded from coverage. Coverage also excludes
battery or charger installation or maintenance
service.

Glove Delivery Options
With Peace of Mind, you are
entitled to a choice of three delivery options:
Standard Delivery
LTC or UPS delivery to the
location of your choice
Inside Delivery
Includes lift gate service
and delivery into the first threshold of the
individual's residence
Premium White Glove Delivery
Includes lift gate service,
delivery into your room of choice (up or down 1
floor), product set up by an experienced
factory-trained technician, and removal of the
packaging.
